Questions people ask

Does Everything Portal work for my industry?

Yes, any industry. The nine ready-made setups (medical and wellness, legal, home services, real estate, fitness and studios, hospitality, marketing agencies, technology and software, and e-commerce) are examples. For any other business, we build the setup for you: your names for people and work, your pipeline stages and your fields. You can also start from the general setup and shape it yourself.

Do I need Zapier or other middleware?

No. Your mailbox, website forms and your own software connect directly through webhooks and the API, and we build custom connections to the rest. If you use Zapier, Make or n8n today, they keep working once you point them at your portal’s webhook address.

Can I bring my existing contacts?

Yes. Import a spreadsheet (CSV) and map its columns to your fields. Tags, companies and custom fields come across, and you can choose not to trigger automations while importing.

Can my clients see my brand instead of yours?

Yes, for agencies. Set your app name and logo, and your team and every client see them in the top bar, on invite and password emails, and on booking, invoice and signing pages. Connect your own web address and the login page is yours too.

Can I use my own email?

Yes. Connect a Microsoft 365 or Outlook mailbox, or Gmail with an app password, or send from your own domain. Every email is threaded with the customer it belongs to.

Does it handle invoices and e-signatures?

Yes. Send invoices and see when they’re opened and viewed, record partial payments and send reminders. Send documents to sign and get a signing certificate for each one. Online card payments are coming.

Is there a mobile app?

It works in any phone or tablet browser, so your team and your customers can use it on the go without installing anything.

How much does it cost?

Every plan includes every feature. There are no add-ons, no per-feature or per-task fees and no markups: if a fee isn’t necessary, it doesn’t exist. Plans differ by how many people use it and how much you send. Tell us about your business and we’ll walk you through them.
