Why agencies want their own platform
Your clients already rely on you for leads. Then the leads land in a tool you don't control, under someone else's brand, and when follow-up slips it still looks like your campaign failed. Reselling software helps, but only if it looks like yours, keeps each client's data apart, and lets you set the price.
Everything Portal is built for that. Each client gets a full portal: contacts, inbox, pipeline, booking pages, automations, invoices, e-signature and reports. You run all of them from one login, under your name.
A workspace for every client
- Separate workspaces. Each client's contacts, inbox and pipeline stay in their own private workspace. Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) to jump to any client.
- Add a client in one step. Create the company and its main contact together, then invite them in. Guided walkthroughs help new agencies and their clients find their way around.
- Ready-made industry setups. Start a dental client on Medical and wellness, a plumber on Home services, a hotel on Hospitality. Each setup comes with the right names, stages and fields. See the industry setups.
- Roles that fit. Give your team and each client's staff exactly the access they need, so a front desk sees different things than the owner.
Your brand on everything
White-label goes past a logo in the corner:
- Your app name and logo in the top bar.
- Your name and logo on invite and password emails.
- Your branding on booking, invoice and signing pages your clients' customers see.
- Your own web address, so the login page is yours too.
- Your colors and fonts, from more than 1,800 fonts, in light or dark mode.
One honest note: system emails, such as invites and password resets, are sent from our mail domain with your name and logo on them. Your clients' everyday email to their own customers goes through their connected Microsoft 365 or Gmail mailbox, or from their own domain.
Your plans, your prices
Set the plans you sell and what each client pays. Bundle the portal with your retainer, or sell it on its own. We don't set your margin. The white label guide covers what to look for and how agencies package it.
The Marketing agencies setup for your own sales
Your agency gets its own workspace too, on the Marketing agencies setup:
- Leads and deals, in a Sales pipeline with five stages: New, Contacted, Proposal, Won and Lost.
- Fields for agency work: Monthly ad spend, Retainer and Services.
- Proposals and contracts signed online, with a signing certificate, and invoices that show when they're opened and viewed.
A typical morning: you ask Spera, the AI assistant, "which clients have unanswered conversations?" and she answers from your records. A new prospect fills out the form on your site, lands as a lead, and an automation assigns them and creates a task to call. A proposal that sits in Proposal for a week triggers a follow-up email. Then you jump into a client's workspace and check their dashboard before the monthly call.
What's connected, and what's coming
Each workspace connects directly to Microsoft 365, Outlook, Gmail or Google Workspace (Gmail with an app password), sends from its own domain, takes website form submissions straight into contacts, and supports incoming webhooks, outgoing webhooks and an API, with no middleware in between. The Zapier alternative guide explains why that matters for agencies running many clients.
Coming, not available yet: two-way sync with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive and GoHighLevel, business texting, and online card payments. See the agencies section and the roadmap.
